Foggy.

Today, I was looking the Appalachian Mountains straight in the face.

Yeah, I didn't believe it either.

But it was fantastic! I felt so alive I thought I was gonna die.
How's that for an oxymoron?

And oh hey, you wanna learn how to make a compass when you're lost in nature?
Of course you do.
Keep reading holmes!

How to make a compass from a needle, leaf, and small (but not too small) body of water:

STEP 1-- Magnetize a needle. Don't have a needle? Stop reading.
STEP 2-- Find a small leaf. One that will float. Don't have a leaf? Stop reading.
STOP 3-- Find a small body of water. Don't have a body of water. Stop reading.
STEP 4-- I can't remember step 4.

AND WALLA... A COMPASS!

I mean, besides the fact that we couldn't get the needle to float on the leaf, and it took us a while to find an appropriate sized body of water, and there was absolutely NO sun (which we realized was a quite important factor in this confusing little theory), and the conclusions varied.... it was successful.

Oh, and we saw a cool two-doored church.

K bye.
